Jonathan Bennett Considered part of the Hallmark Channels Christmas Kingdom but at home he’s a bit of a grinner. Still, he swears there’s a good reason for his lack of holiday spirit.
“I’ll be honest, I don’t decorate for Christmas,” Bennett, 43, exclusively confessed to me Us Weekly while promoting of Hallmark+ Find Mr. Christmas.
The actor, who hosts the series of reality competitions on festive topics, explained that as soon as the holiday actually arrives, he is consumed by all things Holi and cheerfulness.
“By the time Christmas gets here (this year), I (will) be shooting Find Mr. Christmas, Christmas on Cherry LaneA sequel to another Christmas movie that I can’t talk about and a Christmas movie for next year,” Bennett revealed. “I would covered in tinsel For six months of the year!”
The much debauchery of the holidays takes its toll, Bennett explained. “This year I just won’t decorate because I can’t,” he said. “Just can’t do it.”

“I think everyone has come to fall in love with the Hallmark Channel … (and) it’s become part of the fabric of pop culture, especially Hallmark movies,” Jonathan said. us. “And they fell in love with Hallmark’s signature stars. They love their Hallmark studs.”
He explained that after his friends kept asking him how to become a Hallmark star, he had the idea for this show. “I started thinking, because I’m such a fan of reality shows, I was like, ‘What if we play the way we turn an actor into a Hallmark star?'” he added.
The winner will join Jessica Lowndes In the 2024 film Countdown to Christmas, Happy holidaywhich aired for the first time on Saturday, December 21.
“I think it was just one of those things that once we figured it out, we say, ‘Why haven’t we done this yet?’ Bennett concluded. “It just seems so obvious.”
