A US blogger has taken the internet by storm after posting a critical review of her Air India business class flight from London to Amritsar.
Explain like “very bad business” attended, Drew Binsky described a series of problems that frustrated him and raised the $750 seats he bought during the nine-hour flight.
Binsky listed several complaints, including a broken, unstable chair and a messy table that left him with no choice but to eat his food on a pillow, which he said is. “covered with human hair.”
He also said that the area around his seat is very dirty, with ash and dust stuck in every crevice.
Binsky also criticized the pilot’s entertainment system, describing it as outdated and unresponsive. The promised Wi-Fi was another disappointment, as it did not connect during the flight. He was also not happy with the support kit, which contained only one lotion that he compared to the product from “1-star motel.” In addition, even the hot towel service failed to meet expectations, serving the towel cold.
In an Instagram post, Binsky shared a video of his performance “sad” events. He concluded with the ominous words: “Thank you, Air India, for this 9 hour hassle that I spent $750 to fix. I will make sure I never fly Air India again, and I encourage you not to leave unless you need this.”
