Tips to stay on track with your SSD


\Week 3 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge is here and we know it can be easy to stray a little from your goals so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and on track towards your goals!

1. Plan ahead

One of the best ways to stay on track with your workouts is to schedule them into your day. Write them down or add them to your calendar and block off free time so you feel motivated to complete your workout each day.

2. Meal preparation

Set aside some time each week for this meal preparation + have healthy snacks on hand. This way, when you’re in a pinch, you’ll be prepared with nutritious options instead of reaching for unhealthy options in your pantry.

3. Mix up your workouts

Don’t get stuck in a training rut! Keep things interesting by mixing up your daily exercises. Try different types of training in our video library MOVE app. There’s everything from HIIT to yoga!

4. Find a workout buddy

Having a workout buddy can make staying on track with your daily workouts more fun and motivating. This could be a family member, a close friend or an LSF baby! We also strongly believe that Accountability Groups play a key factor in keeping you motivated during our challenges. It’s never too late to join or create one!

5. Reward yourself

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set yourself small goals and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself to a new workout outfit, a self-care day, or a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards can help you stay motivated and excited to continue on your journey.
