The Gorge is a star-studded, possibly monstrous love story

Have plans Valentine’s Day next year? Apple hopes you don’t plan to see Captain America: Brave New World or go on a date because there’s a new movie out that weekend called the valley and hopefully there will be a movie that will appeal to all couples on lovey-dovey day.

Director: Black phone and: Doctor Strange Scott Derrickson, the film stars Miles Teller as Levi and Anya Taylor-Joy as Drasa. They are elite snipers for their countries and they collect turrets on opposite sides massive gorge Their mission to spend an entire year using their skills and high-tech equipment to monitor and prevent…something coming out from below. They are not told what is in the canyon and are also instructed not to communicate with each other. Of course, they eventually go and bond with each other, forming a long distance bond that could become more if if only they could be closer.

But first they have to complete the rest of their mission, which gets harder when told thing down there, Levy and Drasa are forced into the canyon and must rely on each other to escape if they can. Derrickson previously told IGN that it will mix elements of romance and science fiction. with action, spy thrillers and even horror’ and he can’t be wrong, it seems like there’s a little something for everyone here. and there’s a neat hook behind it.Hopefully it’s not just talk and it works as a love story and a creature feature.

The valley coming to Apple TV+ on February 14, 2025.
