Schmeichel keeps the secret to earn the Bhoys a point

Dinamo Zagreb and Celtic played out a lifeless 0-0 in the Champions League, with Celtic goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel producing the game’s most memorable moment with a late save.

The hosts had the best chance late on when Marko Pjaca sent a powerful header towards goal, only for Schmeichel to get his fingers to the ball to deflect it.

Celtic were confident of a rare win in Europe but struggled to produce at times.

The result has left both sides in the Champions League playoff, with Celtic, with nine points, on 17th and Dinamo on 21st and a point less.

The first half was difficult, with both sides failing to create any chances and no shots on target, as the game unraveled despite Celtic’s dominance.

The second half started in similar fashion, with the home fans cheering for Dinamo, as the players went close when Celtic defender Auston Trusty blocked a chance with his back.

Although Celtic made the final move, the game ended goalless with both sides seemingly having a point.
