Rosie O’Donnelldaughter of Chelsea O’DonnellArrested for the third time, just five days after being released from prison on a previous drug charge.
According to court documents obtained by me Us WeeklyA car is pulled over by police for a loud exhaust in Niagara, Wisconsin, on November 18. Chelsea, 27, was one of two passengers in the car. The officer noticed Chelsea had “pick marks” on her face and asked for any identifying information. Chelsea did not have identification on hand, but gave her name and date of birth to the officer, according to the documents.
The trooper ran her name and birthday into his system and saw that she was an outlaw for drug cases from Marinette and Oconto counties in Wisconsin. (Chelsea was Arrested in the past in September and October and was charged with child neglect and drug possession.)
After running her information, the officer ordered a K9 to sniff the car, which resulted in a positive alert. Law enforcement ordered Chelsea and others in the car to exit the vehicle. Naloxone, which can be used to reverse the effects of an opiate overdose, was found in the trunk.
While searching her body for weapons, Chelsea removed an “obvious smoking device” from her bra. According to court documents, the device contained residue that tested positive for methamphetamine.
During the pat down, Chelsea was deemed “argumentative” by authorities and was handcuffed behind her back. After they “calmed down and became cooperative”, the restraints were moved.
Chelsea was flipped over to the Marinette County Jail, where she was wanted a second time, when authorities discovered she was hiding a bottle of prescription pills. The bottle contained a clear bag of a crystal-like substance, a clear bag of hydrocodone, eight loose hydrocodone pills, 16 lamotrigine pills and one whole and three halves of alprazolam pills.
Chelsea faces five charges, including two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and an additional felony count of possession of narcotic drugs. She was also charged with resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
Days before Chelsea’s arrest on November 18, she appeared in court on her arrest in October. According to documents obtained by usChelsea was ordered to “maintain complete sobriety” while on bail, which was adjusted to $4,000. The conditions included Chelsea abstaining from alcoholic beverages in addition to not consuming – and possessing – any illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia or controlled substances without a valid prescription.
According to records, Chelsea appeared in court via video conference on Monday, December 2 and is still in custody. Her next court date is set for Thursday, December 12.
