Yoger was charged with traffic violations, careless driving, failure to control speed to avoid a collision and failure to notify authorities of a change of address in court Wednesday, Fox 5 DC. (Us Weekly Contact Bravo for comment on the verdict.)

In March, Hoger was involved in a car accident in Potomac, Maryland. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ While Hogar was driving her 2017 Maserati in an “aggressive manner” on Potomac when she hit a crosswalk sign and a parking sign.

She was not arrested, but received several citations from the police at the time. She was later charged with DUI and DWI.

During her trial, police body camera footage showed an officer telling her she was “stabbed” when she was seen slurring her words, it was reported Fox 5 DC. Many witnesses testified during the trial, including an EMT who claimed that Yoger refused treatment at the scene of the accident and “wobbled” when she tried to get into the ambulance.
