New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said Thursday statement He shared on social media that he held a briefing with Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to discuss “reported drone activity in parts of northern and central New Jersey.” He added that the government is “actively monitoring the situation and coordinating closely with our federal and law enforcement partners with”.
