The former Philadelphia Eagles star, 37, and Knicks star, 76, Sarah Cover of Ron Sexsmith“Maybe It’s Christmas” from the charity album Philly’s special Christmas partywhich was released on November 22.
Kelsa discusses the out-of-body experience of working with Fleetwood Mac Legend during a performance on Thursday, December 12 in Philadelphia WIP morning show.
“There’s like an aura about people when they walk into a room with that kind of status,” Kelsa explained. “It’s so weird.”

He added, “There’s just something about them. It’s so unique and special. Once they walk in, it lights up a room.”

“Did she smell?” Richie, 50, asked Kelsa.
A big smile crossed Kelsa’s face as the memory of the recording session washed over him.
“I want to say yes, I want to say yes!” Kelsa answered enthusiastically. “But if you asked me to choose the smell, probably not. I couldn’t say that. But I feel that’s all. There’s a new smell in the room. The lighting changes.”
Kelsa raved about the experience of working with Nicks on the album, which donates all proceeds to local Philadelphia charities, including Children’s Crisis Center’s Holiday Toy Drive and Snowflake Station Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
“It was surreal,” Kelsa said on the show. “We have a video of it. I think it captured it pretty well. I didn’t feel at all worthy or qualified to sing in her presence.”
He added, “She was absolutely lovely. I could spend all day with her. Absolutely unbelievable.”
Kelsa first teased the collaboration with Nicks in October via his and his brother’s official X page Travis KelceThe “New Heights” podcast of.
“The crossover we didn’t know we needed,” Jason captioned a photo of himself wearing a Christmas sweater while hugging Nyx. “Coming soon to a Christmas album near you 👀🎄.”
The charity album also includes performances by Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelsa, Mount Joy, Emmanuel Wilkins and a collaboration between Travis, 35, and Boyz II Men.
Travis and Boyz II Men’s song, “It’s Christmas Time (In Cleveland Heights)”, was Released on November 1 and features the Kansas City Chiefs star — and Cleveland Heights, Ohio native — showing off his vocal chops.
