How to stay on track during the holidays—without missing out!


It’s that time of year again — holiday parties, festive activities, and delicious treats everywhere you turn.

We know how hard it can be to navigate the holiday season without compromising your goals + still enjoying yourself so we’ve got some tips to help!

1. MOVE APP – Wherever you are

The holidays are already so busy and chaotic with holiday shopping, family in town, etc. so finding time to go to an exercise class is the last thing you want to stress about.

3. Plan ahead and make smart decisions

Before you head out to your holiday party, take a moment to plan your approach. Load up on protein-rich foods ahead of time to avoid overindulging on empty calories later. Opt for healthier options like vegetables and lean proteins at the party and allow yourself a small treat or two without overdoing it. Remember, it’s all about balance! 4. Stay hydrated + get enough sleep

Even during all the holiday festivities, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day, especially if you’ll be enjoying some cocktails at parties. Aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night to support overall well-being and help you resist the temptation to snack when you’re tired.
