BODi was launched in 2009 INSANITY with Super trainer Shaun T knowing it could change people’s lives – but we didn’t expect it to become a global hit. To this day, it remains one of the most popular and intense exercise programs ever created.
After the original program came INSANITY: Asylumwhich takes the intensity of the original program to the next level, focusing on sports training to build agility, strength and speed. finally, INSANITY MAX: 30 condenses the extreme challenge of INSANITY into shorter, more focused sessions that still push people to their limits.

INSANITY offers a 60-day regimen of 40- to 60-minute workouts that focus on full-body conditioning using nothing but your bodyweight to HIIT and strength exercises. It promises dramatic results – if you have the stamina and courage to commit to the program.
A fitness test is included in the calendar, which should be completed periodically during the program to indicate an increase in your exercise capacity.

Building on the foundation of the original program, INSANITY: Asylum amps up the challenge with sports-inspired exercises, agility drills and targeted strength training.
The program consists of a 30-day series of high-intensity training sessions that focus on improving speed, strength, coordination and balance through exercises such as vertical jumps, lateral agility exercises and resistance band training.

INSANITY: The Asylum, Volume 2 is an advanced continuation of book 1, with even more complex and explosive movements, faster exercises and harder resistance exercises. It encourages you with a combination of speed, plyometricsstrength carand core-focused sessions to achieve even higher levels of fitness and mental toughness.

With 150 new moves and a greater emphasis on building strength, INSANITY MAX: 30 condenses the intensity of a typical INSANITY workout into half the time. But don’t be fooled – shorter workouts mean you’ll make every minute count.
This 60-day program challenges you to push yourself to the point of “Maxing Out,” where you work as hard as you can until you need a break. That point is your “Max Out” time, and you’ll record it for each workout so you have a benchmark to beat during the next one.
