The story of Bob Dylan This old town house is ready to welcome its new owner.
The singer’s former home in New York City, located in Manhattan’s famous Turtle Bay Gardens, is now on the market for $7.25 million and has been listed by Lisa Larson and Angela Wu from Sotheby’s International Realty.
Originally built in 1899, the 5,395 square-foot home was the first for Ruth Gordon and her husband Garson Kanin, who would rent to many celebrities. Dylan became their longest-serving tenant, eventually buying the house from the couple in 1990, according to Forbidden.
They later sold the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home in 2005.
