Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, says President Biden’s pardon for his son Hunter could be extended to other members of the first 46 families.
President Biden’s pardon Hunter’s son sent shockwaves through social media after a longtime promise not to intervene in the escalating crisis that ended Sunday, but one GOP lawmaker believes there could be more pardons to come.
“The big thing with the Bidens is… 22-plus bullet companies, and they didn’t make anything. Before I got into Congress, I had a lot of manufacturing companies and organizations related to real estate and everything else. We made things. We had physical buildings. There is no house anywhere but Joe Biden’s house, and you see several references to ‘10% for the big man.’ So I think everybody’s going to be surprised if there’s not another waiver around January 20,” Ohio Representative Warren Davidson told FOX Business viewers on Monday.
“And the timing was critical because Hunter Biden was facing a gun conviction,” he added.

A Republican lawmaker joined “Morning with Maria“To discuss Biden’s next-to-last-minute move in the weeks before handing over the office to President-elect Donald Trump in January. After his first speech, Davidson was forced to explain what these additional pardons would look like.
“Me thinking that many people will be surprised if they don’t (sorry many relatives). I think they will, based on the work the House Oversight Committee has already done,” he replied.

Biden previously promised not to intervene in Hunter’s legal troubles, prompting Sunday to reverse that promise.
