Umpires caution Siraj after sending fire to Travis Head in Adelaide

Mohammad Siraj was cautioned by the referees for his dangerous dismissal Travis Head. Siraj dismissed Head for 140 runs in the pink Test at Adelaide. A great exchange took place after the dismissal as Head dominated his innings.
