How to get out of a fitness funk


Feeling stuck in your fitness routine or starting to feel unmotivated? Don’t worry, it happens.

And, the first step is to be aware of it so you’re already on track to get back on track + get your momentum back! We are here to help!

5 tips to help you find your motivation again:

1. Mix up your routine

Try changing things up by trying the new workout video in our MOVE appgoing for a walk or even just going MOVE exercise outside in the fresh air and some vitamin D.

2. Check in with your accountability group

You are signing in with your accountability group or close friends and family can help you stay motivated + stay accountable on this health and fitness journey. Share your struggles, goals and successes with them. Let them help you stay on track when you feel unmotivated.

3. Work out with a girlfriend

Working out with a girlfriend or family can make your workouts more fun, and you’ll be more willing to do it with someone who’s doing it with you. Schedule regular training dates with a friend or family member to keep each other on track. Having them with you will help keep you accountable and motivated.

4. Long Distance LSF Babe

Although most of the girls from LSF community live in different cities, states, and countries, working out with LSF Baby remotely can provide you with a virtual workout buddy that can help you stay motivated and accountable. You can schedule time to work out at the same time to make it more fun + motivate each other!

5. Set small, achievable goals

Instead of focusing on a big, scary goal, break it down into smaller, achievable micro-goals. Celebrate your progress along the way and use those small victories to keep you motivated and on track.

Reminder: It’s normal to have ups and downs on your fitness journey. It’s important not to give up when you start to lose some motivation and momentum. Use these tips to help you get out of your fitness funk and get back on track to your goals.
