Georgia Southern is expected to start with the depth chart for the New Orleans Bowl

The Georgia Southern Eagles (8-4) will face the Sam Houston Bearcats (9-3) Thursday night in the 2024 New Orleans Bowl. The game will take place at the Caesars Superdome, and kick off at 7pm ET.

Under coach Clay Helton, the Eagles will make their third straight bowl appearance. However, they have not tasted success with their previous two games, Camellia Bowl 2022 and 2023 Myrtle Beach, which ended. However, they have a chance to go to the playoffs, with a win against Appalachian State in the regular season finale.
