“James is trying to win everything back including (girlfriend) ally (Louvre)”, says an exclusive source Us Weekly. “If he doesn’t stay sober, he knows he has a lot to lose.”
According to the insider, Louver, 28, is keeping her distance for now because Kennedy prefers his sobriety. The source adds that Kennedy “remains sober and is receiving treatment. He takes it (very) seriously.”
“Ellie stays away until he gets help and she leans on friends and family.” says the insider. “People gather around her. She has a lot of support.”

Kennedy, 32, arrested on Tuesday, December 10, after law enforcement received a call “Regarding an argument between a man and a woman” at the home of Kennedy and Louver. Police deemed it a “domestic incident” and Kennedy was subsequently taken into custody.
After learning of his arrest, Kennedy’s lawyers spoke In a statement to us.
“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations made by the Burbank Police Department against James,” the Dec. 13 statement said. “We understand that there were no casualties and we hope that after a careful examination, the city attorneys will decide not to file a formal indictment.”

A week after his arrest, Kennedy broke his silence and shared how he prefers His commitment to being sober.
